Sometimes I just wonder how we are supposed to keep up with it all... I try to watch my kids when they are online. I put parental controls in place. We talk about the important things, like pornography and not meeting strangers online. But somehow my kids still seem to get in trouble online. They are not bad kids! It's just that it feels like filters and conversations are never enough. And trying to figure out how to upgrade to the next level of protection--from free parental controls on our devices ... to a paid service of some kind ... How am I supposed to know which one will work best? It's all so overwhelming.

Hang in there, angel. It is totally normal for kids to go exploring--even when we are doing everything right ... having the right talks, putting the right safeguards in place. YOU ARE DOING GREAT! You are in the right place. Come to the forum. Bring your questions. Talk about your experiences. We'll brainstorm and figure out great resources and ways to help. That's what we're all here for--just a bunch of parents all going through the same thing together! It's all about trial and error. Just keep going and doing your best.
